Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB)

Guided Paths offers Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) as a community and home-based service for adults, ages 18 and older, with a mental health diagnosis. Our goal is to educate these individuals on the resources and services available to them. We tailor our program to the needs of the individual in order to help them achieve stability and independence to the best of their ability. All of the services provided under this program are designed to improve functional skills, appropriate behavior, daily living activities, use of community resources, as well as health nutrition and physical condition.

  • Organization and Routine
  • Daily Living Activities
  • Service Coordination
  • Linkage to Community Resources

The professionals at Guided Paths are committed to facilitating opportunities that will further the recovery and overall health of our patients. We exist to help those with emotional or behavioral issues learn to thrive in their communities.


Eligibility: Adults, who are 18 and older, with a mental illness diagnosis that interferes with their ability to function in the home or the community are eligible for Guided Paths’ Mental Health Skill Building program.
