Guided Paths

We are here to help

Guided Paths is a community-based behavioral health provider servicing the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas of Virginia. Our counselors are available to provide support and training in the home and community to individuals with a mental health diagnosis. We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.

We currently accept Medicaid, self pay, and other insurance providers.

In the event of a behavioral health emergency after-hours, individuals are encouraged to contact their local CSB/behavioral health authority, 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255).

Our Staff

Guided Paths has some of the best and most experienced professionals. All of our professionals hold degrees and experience in human service related fields such as psychology and social work.

We will provide the appropriate level of care, commitment, and connections to the best community resources.

Eligibility

Adults age 18+ with a mental illness diagnosis who display patterns of emotional or behavioral concerns that interferes with functioning in the home and or community.

Guided Paths completed its annual Client, Employee and Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys. Guided Paths received an average score of 93% satisfaction for clients, 84% satisfaction for Employees and 98% satisfaction for stakeholders.

Guided Paths completed its annual accessibility survey and was able to report one accessibility concern to its property management to enhance access to services. Additional accessibility concerns are being addressed to reduce communication barriers to access of services.
